The Things Of God Are Of Great Import; And Time, And Experience,and Careful, And Ponderous, And Solemn Thoughts Can Only Find Them Out. Thy Mind, Oh Man, If Thou Wilt Lead A Man Unto Salvation, Must Stretch As High As The Utmost Heavens, And Search Into And Contemplate The Darkest Abyss, And The Broad Expanses Of Eternity; Thou Must Commune With God!

Afflictions, Persecutions, Imprisonments, And Death, We Must Expect, According To The Scriptures, Which Tell Us That The Blood Of Those Whose Souls Were Under The Altar Could Not Be Avenged On Them That Dwell On The Earth, Until Their Brethren Should Be Slain As They Were.

Every Man Who Has A Calling To Minister To The Inhabitants Of The World Was Ordained To That Very Purpose In The Grand Council Of Heaven Before This World Was. I Suppose I Was Ordained To This Very Office In That Grand Council.
