We Of The United States Of America Consider Ourselves Blessed. We Have Much To Give Thanks For. But The Gift Of Providence That We Really Cherish Is That We Were Given As Our Neighbors On This Great, Wonderful Continent, The People And The Nation Of Canada.

Mr. Speaker, At A Time When The Nation Is Again Confronted With Necessity For Calling Its Young Men Into Service In The Interestsof National Security, I Cannot See The Wisdom Of Denying Our Young Women The Opportunity To Serve Their Country.

In A Nation Of Millions And A World Of Billions, The Individual Is Still The First And Basic Agent Of Change.

Every Child Must Be Encouraged To Get As Much Education As He Has The Ability To Take. We Want This Not Only For His Sake - But For The Nation's Sake.
