And Every Elderly Person…even If He Is Ill Or At The End Of His Days, Bears The Face Of Christ. They Cannot Be Discarded, As The ‘culture Of Waste’ Suggests!

Our Efforts Must Aim At Restoring Hope, Righting Wrongs, Maintaining Commitments, And Thus Promoting The Well-being Of Individuals And Of Peoples.

Even Today, After The Second Failure Of Another World War, Perhaps One Can Speak Of A Third War, One Fought Piecemeal, With Crimes, Massacres, Destruction.

The Pope Loves Everyone, Rich And Poor Alike, But The Pope Has The Duty, In Christ's Name, To Remind The Rich To Help The Poor, To Respect Them, To Promote Them.
